PROJECT MANAGERS / PROJECT ENGINEERS
Provide leadership to ensure successful, cost effective and timely implementation of project deliverables Responsible for overall project management which includes project planning, project implementation and quality control Attend to all development site matters, ensuring that projects are carried out as scheduled and successfully completed within budget To liaise and co-ordinate between consultants and contractors as well as government bodies, agencies or authorities.
Requirement :
* Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or its equivalent
* Preferably male
* Minimum (5) years related experience in managing site construction
* Able to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and delegate work to ensure that all project requirements and objectives including schedule, cost, quality and safety are utilized
* Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
* Pleasant disposition and able to work independently and at irregular hours
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
* Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or its equivalent
* Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
* Experienced in pre and post contract functions including tender/contracts review, drafting agreements, procurement and award of sub-contract works, negotiation with sub-contractors and contract administration
* Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently
* Able to work independently and provide the fullest commitment and co-operation
SITE SUPERVISORS
* SPM holder / Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
* At least 3-5 years of proven track record in supervising construction works
* Good leadership qualities to lead a team of workers & coordinate work activities among sub-contractors
* Possess effective communication & interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently
